These unique Sessions are an investment in timeless, artistic, museum quality portraits capturing your child’s innocent essence as a lasting family legacy. The goal is to capture children just as they are right now, in the present - before these sweet stages pass on by.

 

What is an Heirloom Portrait Session:

Heirloom Portraits are session for babies and children - we create timeless fine-art photographs with classic styling and soft poses, featuring soft vignette, to capture your child's essence as a lasting keepsake for generations. These sessions focus on evoking emotion and capturing a moment in time, preserving innocence and family legacy. Portrait, profile and gazing away poses will be captured and offered in color, muted color and black & white portraits.

 

What is the best age(s) for Heirloom Portraits:

We recommend booking anytime from 6 months (sitting unassisted) to 10 years old.

 

How to style your child for Heirloom Portraits:

Simple, Classic styles. Think whites, creams and pastels. Avoid busy patterns.

Girls: Smocked dresses, bishop dresses, simple Peter Pan collared dresses/rompers.

Boys: White button-down shirts, collared shirts, or Jon Jon/shortalls with a Peter Pan collar shirt underneath.

Babies: White rompers or simple gowns.

 

What is the investment in the Bella Mi Heirloom Portrait Session:

A 15-minute session (for 1 child) is $150. Adding additional children at $75 each. The session includes fine art photography, posing, as well as intricate editing and creating the timeless Heirloom effects. Online gallery with your copyright free, high resolution edited images within 7 days of your session. Deposit is required upon booking.
